If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 29, 2012, the Defendant insultd the Defendant at the office of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun (hereinafter “Dincheon-gun”) around 16:30.

With regard to the victim D (at 27 years old), he/she made a public insultd the victim by speaking to the victim as “hing, Chewing, Chewing, double-years, and the information on the articles in this Chewing,” among the people who hear E, F, etc., he/she read to the victim as “hing, Chewing, and double-years, as well as to the public interest and taxation of the articles in this Chewing,” and openly insulting the victim.

2. While the Defendant requested the victim D to return the boom at the time and place described in Paragraph 1, the Defendant assaulted the victim by having the victim face on his/her chest by hand twice in the case where he/she did not comply with the request.
