A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:03, 2013, at the “E” bank operated by Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Victim D; (b) the Defendant’s mother wanting to have a new accident because of the Defendant’s loss of the gold stuff; and (c) changed the gold stuff to show it; and (d) 18K 3.5,000 won at the market price in the display stand, and then stolen it.
2. At around 19:40 on March 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) lost the gold 14K gold bry purchased from the aforementioned H in the so-called “H” bank operated by the victim G in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu; (b) changed the 14K gold bry from the so-called “H” bank; and (c) changed the brying net gold bry in the so-called brying bank; and (d) then, the victim considered the gold 245 K 2,40,000 won in the market price in the display belt to be gypted in the Defendant’s item, and stolen it.
3. On April 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the “K” bank operated by Seongbuk-gu Seoul International VictimJ on April 12:40, 2013; (b) the Defendant’s mother wanted to have a new accident because of the Defendant’s loss of the gold ging, and the Defendant changed to show gold gings; and (c) the victim considered one gold 10,000 K 10,000 won at the display stand in the display stand to view one gold b.5 million won at the market price of 2.5 million won at the display stand as they were cut off.
4. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, at “N” bank operated by Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L Victim M, and (b) the Defendant’s mother wanted to have a new accident because of the Defendant’s loss of a dead tree; and (c) changed to show a gold stuff, and (d) the victim 14K gold gings equivalent to KRW 650,00 in the market price in the display belt, considered one gold ging on the part of the f50,000 in the market price in the display belt, and stolen it.
