Punishment of the crime

The Defendant in collusion with E, who is an employee of the above company, in operating the company Eul, which is a major cell phone exporter, the Defendant, in order to manage stolen mobile phone purchasing places and purchase funds, and E, which is a stolen mobile phone purchaser, obtained stolen mobile phone from F and G to take them out of China, etc. according to the direction of the Defendant.

피고인은 2013. 12. 10. 17:00경 서울 구로구 구로동 435에 있는 구로구청 앞 노상에서 장물 휴대폰 중간 수집책인 H이 일명 ‘길빵’(심야시간대에 대로변에서 휴대폰을 액정을 켠 채로 흔들어 택시 기사들을 상대로 장물 스마트폰을 매입하는 일)을 하는 현장 매입책인 I, J 등으로부터 장물 휴대폰을 매입하고, 장물 수거책인 G이 이를 다시 매입하여 보관하고 있는 휴대폰이 분실ㆍ도난된 장물인 정을 알면서도, 갤럭시노트2, 아이폰5, 갤럭시S4 2대 등 스마트폰 4대를 시세보다 현저히 저렴한 가격인 합계 1,010,000원(정상가격 합계 약 4,000,000원)에 매입하는 방법으로 이를 취득하였다.
