1. Defendant A

On February 16, 201, the FF entered into an annual unit price purchase agreement with K for coal crushing, and in the supply of the above subchromball, the chemical component of the above subchromball is 0.4 to 0.8, and Mn(net) can be supplied only for the product amounting to 0.3 to 0.6, as a supply condition.

The defendant, who is a testing institution, had the test results requested by the Korea Testing and Research Institute, to alter the test results exceeding the above supply conditions.
