A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of E who is a defense industry company that supplies mineral parts, carbon return, etc., and is located in Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, a defense industry company.

1. On September 30, 201, the Defendant altered official documents, after receiving orders from F Co., Ltd., a defense contractor for manufacturing the optical semester materials, requested the Small and Medium Business Administration before North Korea to conduct a test and analysis of “STS303,” which is the raw materials of the optical semester materials, but was found to have been 0.027% of S (not less than 0.15%) and was found to have failed to pass the test report by eliminating the yellow component column of the said test report.

On October 2011, the Defendant made a copy of the original test report on “STS303”, which was rejected in the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration in the name of the former North Korean administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration, to the employees G of the said company, and then revised the said test report by taking the part in which the “S0.027%” of the copy was recorded into knife and reproduced.

For this purpose, the defendant altered one copy of the test report in the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration, which is an official document.

2. On October 201, 201, the Defendant issued a false official document display report on “STS303”, a part of the materials used in the optical semester, which was an altered official document, at the office of F office located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to a staff member in charge of the foregoing corporation F’s name misstatement, and exercised it.

3. On March 2012, the Defendant altered private documents received an order from F Co., Ltd., a defense contractor for the manufacture of mineral parts (VV, lower rain, etc.) from the Korea Testing and Research Institute (KTR) to test and analyze “STS303,” which is the raw materials of mineral parts. However, the Defendant requested Mn (TR) to test and analyze such mineral parts.
