The defendant shall be innocent.

On November 3, 2014, the Defendant appeared at the court No. 101 of the Chuncheon District Court No. 101, which was located in 284, around 16:30 on November 3, 201, to be a witness for a fraudulent case against 757, the above court's order No. 2013, Gocheon District Court No. 757.

The Defendant loaned (C) KRW 147 million on December 19, 2016, as well as lending KRW 300 million.

The certificate for the pre-use of 100 million won on August 30, 2007 was prepared by adding the additional amount of KRW 40 million to KRW 100 million, which was lent to C on May 31, 2007 and KRW 13 million as of August 30, 2007.

(C) have lent KRW 47 million to C in cash.

However, on August 30, 2007, the Defendant loaned KRW 47 million to C, and prepared a certificate of deposit of KRW 100 million in total with KRW 53 million, which was loaned to C as of May 31, 2007, but C did not borrow KRW 47 million, with the intention of not borrowing KRW 47 million.

As a result, the defendant did not tear but did not actually lend 47 million won to C on the date of preparation of the monetary loan certificate.

The defendant testified differently from his memory.

Judgment

1. On August 30, 2007, when the amount of money that the Defendant’s assertion C did not receive exceeds KRW 100 million, a cash loan certificate of KRW 100 million (hereinafter “the loan certificate of this case”) was drawn up.

2. The following facts can be admitted from the evidence investigated: (a) it is clear that a number of claims have been more, and (b) it seems to have been tryed to speak about such contents, and (c) it is nothing more than a mistake on detailed matters.

A. On December 19, 2006, the Defendant lent KRW 300 million to C, and registered the right of claim for the transfer of ownership of the land registered in D (C’s husband’s wife E).

On December 9, 201, at the request of the defendant, the District Court is the District Court for the land of Pyeongtaek-gun on December 9, 201.
