A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 8, 2013, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds even when he received a notice of convening a training under the name of the second commander of the military unit No. 7873 of the Army to attend the second supplementary training conducted at the training site of the military reserve forces located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, on October 8, 2013 from the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-gu B and 202, Nam-gu, Incheon, and around November 8, 2013.

2. On March 17, 2014, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds even though he/she received a notice of convening a training call in the name of the second unit commander of the Army 7873 military units to participate in the third supplementary training conducted at the above Defendant’s house on February 28, 2014 at the training site of the said Jeju Reserve Forces on March 17, 2014.

3. On March 19, 2014, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds despite having received a notice of convening a training call in the name of the second unit commander of the Army 7873 unit, to participate in the 4th supplementary training conducted at the above main reserve force training site on February 28, 2014 from the above Defendant’s house on March 19, 2014.

[2014 Highest 7858] The defendant is a member of the local reserve forces. On July 7, 2013, the defendant was sent a notice of call for training in the name of the second unit commander of the military unit No. 7873 unit No. 7873 unit No. 7873 unit No. 2 of the Army to participate in the second supplementary training conducted at the head of the local reserve forces training center located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu on July 16, 2013, but did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds.
