"2015 Highest 233"

1. The defendant, around March 8, 2013, at the defendant's house located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, B, 104 Dong 202, and the same year.

4.3. The same year as the carried-over supplementary training (six hours in the second supplementary training course) conducted at the Gyeyang Reserve Forces training place located in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City;

4. The above training was not received without justifiable grounds even though the notice of convening the training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 7873 unit was delivered through the Defendant’s wife C to attend the carried-over supplementary training conducted at the same training site (the second class supplementary 7 hours).

"2015 Highest 2406"

2. The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, failed to file a move-in report under the Resident Registration Act without justifiable grounds, even though he/she moved to his/her place of residence from 104 and 202 of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan Gyeyang-gu building No. 102 at early 201, the Defendant had his/her resident registration cancelled on September 25, 2013.

3. On April 10, 2014, the Defendant did not undergo training without justifiable grounds despite the Defendant’s notice of convening a training call in the name of the second unit commander of the Army 7873 unit of the Army to participate in the second unit training conducted at the main reserve force training site located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, on April 23, 2014 at the Defendant’s house located in 301, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, to the extent that he was sent through the Defendant’s mother F.

4. The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, did not make a move-in report under the Resident Registration Act without justifiable grounds even though he/she moved to the H company accommodation located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, to the H company accommodation on March 8, 2014, and had the Defendant cancel the resident registration on April 8, 2014.
