Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant: (a) made a dispute with the victim D while cleaning the building on the first floor of the building underground in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, on the ground that the victim D made a big voice to the Defendant; (b) made a mutual desire; and (c) took the victim’s face one time due to booming the Defendant; and (d) caused the victim’s injury, such as cutting the bones bones, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.
