A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On February 10, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and on October 26, 201, to one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Western District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court, respectively. On November 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years for a punishment for habitual larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on September 8, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. On October 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the victim D, which is owned by the victim D; and (b) opened a door of KRW 1.8 million in cash owned by the victim; (c) from around the time to November 10, 2017, the Defendant attempted to steal or steal the victims’ property at least 13 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around that time to around November 10, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor for larceny, and again attempted to steal or steal the victims' property within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. On November 5, 2017, around 04:26, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of the Fro-pured car at approximately 7km section from the Dawon-ro 69-3, the Daegu Suwon-gu, to the two kinds of outdoor parks outside the Daegu-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving a motor vehicle of the Fro-pured car as indicated in No. 5 of the crime sight table.
B. On November 10, 2017, the Defendant driven a Gystren car amounting to the Gststren car amounting to approximately 8km, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 13 meters in the section from the Glstren Park 117-gil to the Seo-gu Government Bond, Seo-gu Government Bond, 18:00, to the Seo-gu Government Bond.
