[Criminal Facts]

1. On August 2017, the Defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals property worth KRW 897,00,000 total market price of 18 times in total from around 17:00 to October 17, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crime, from the entrance door to the victim D, who was under the control of Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, and where surveillance was neglected, the Defendant stolen or attempted to steals property worth KRW 897,000, total market price of 18 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes.

2. The Defendant intruded into a structure that is managed by the victims 17 times in total from around the day to October 17, 2017, i.e., the list Nos. 1 to 6, and 8 through 18 of the list of crimes committed during the period from around the day to around October 17, 2017.

On September 20, 2017, the Defendant, “2017 Godan 2888, the Defendant, at around 17:00 on September 20, 2017, went to Samsung, respectively, by the victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu. F.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the damaged person.
