Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual owner of a coastal complex fishing vessel B (4.99 tons) at the time of military childbirth and the person who operates fisheries as a captain.

1. The owner of a powered fishing vessel shall, when he/she receives a certificate of loading, etc., attach the signboard of a fishing vessel in a solid way of internal force to the place where it can best be seen from both sides of the steering house by using V, width, etc. at the place where it can be seen well in accordance with the specifications and guidelines of signs of the fishing vessel and maintenance of order in operation;

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on January 2, 2013, the Defendant loaded one pumps of the pumps not permitted at the landing point of the non-subspeak-dong non-speak-dong non-speak-dong non-speak-dong.
