1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

1. Joint offenses committed by Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F

A. Defendant A is the head of the field office affiliated with H Co., Ltd., which was jointly awarded a contract for the part of Section 1 of Q construction work from Busan City, and is in general charge of safety and supervision over the overall affairs of the said construction work, such as design, construction, safety, etc., and Defendant B is the head of the construction department belonging to H(H) and the field agent, who manages and supervises the overall construction work by assisting the head of the field office.

Defendant

C On May 31, 2012, the construction work in the specialized field of H (R) from May 31, 2012 is a person who directs and supervises the overall work of the above construction work, such as design, construction, safety, etc., as the head of the field office and the person in charge of safety and health management belonging to G Co., Ltd. who is awarded a subcontract for the construction work in the specialized field of the above construction work. Defendant D is a construction director belonging to G and a field agent who manages and supervises the overall construction work.

Defendant

E is a responsible supervisor of SA, a joint receipt of “satise responsible supervision service for Q construction works” from the City of Busan on December 30, 2010, and is a person who provides technical guidance for quality control, construction management, process management, safety management, environmental management, etc. with respect to the entire construction works in accordance with the design documents and other related documents while staying at the site; and Defendant F is a subsidiary supervisor of TA, a joint receipt of the above full-scale responsible supervision service, who assists the responsible supervisor in the instant bridge construction area and performs supervision under the direction of the responsible supervisor.

B. From December 1, 2013 to December 19, 2013, the Defendants are in the process of, and danger of, the bridge upper hole construction, the workers in the P9-P10 section among the construction sections of the instant construction section located in the Busan Young-gu.
