Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years and by a fine of 100,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least one year and six months due to intrusion of a structure at night at the Daejeon District Court on November 4, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 15, 2017.

1. From May 10, 201 to June 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and attempted to steal or steals property worth KRW 3,493,000, total market value of KRW 3,493,000 in total at 22 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table No. 209 to the day on which the victim E had been kept in custody with a tent cover for sale; (b) 4,00,000 in the market value of the victim E at the same time after the completion of the relevant marina business; and (c) committed theft and theft by being loaded in the flood, which had been prepared in advance, using any crebs in which the victim’s management was neglected; and (d) committed such attempted theft without having committed such theft.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a stack in front of the packing end of the “H” package operated by the victim G located in Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon; and (b) opened a stack in front of the package run by the victim G; and (c) stolen it with only KRW 10,000,000 as the victim’s possession in that place.

B. On June 1, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant was in front of the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J, which was located in Daejeon Seodong-gu I, and was cut off the cash amounting to KRW 100,000 in the victim’s possession, which was kept in the West-gu.

On June 6, 2017, the Defendant entered the first floor office of the building in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, by using a closed door, which was not corrected. The Defendant had one bank, which contains a rash measuring instrument owned by the victim M, and stolen it.

3. On June 17, 2017, the Defendant was not corrected in front of the Victim’sO located in Daejeon Dong-gu N, Daejeon, Daejeon, and 301.
