A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,00, Defendant B and C, respectively, by a fine of KRW 500,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a preliminary candidate for the E constituency F political party in the event of the 20th National Assembly election, Defendant B is a chief of the election affairs of the above preliminary candidate, Defendant C is a person who causes the above preliminary candidate's election affairs.
No one shall carry out an election campaign in a manner other than that prescribed by the Public Official Election Act prior to an election campaign period, and no preliminary candidate shall carry out an act of giving name cards or appeal for support within subway stations and other open places where many people as prescribed by the rules of the Central Election Management Commission pass or gather.
Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to appeal for support within the subway stations with frequent traffic of electors and carried out election campaigns that are not permitted by the Public Official Election Act through two times as follows.

참 신한 일꾼 기호 I A” 이라는 문구가 기재된 선거 홍보용 표지물을 착용한 상태에서 그 곳을 지나가는 행인들을 향해 지지를 호소하고, 피고인 B과 피고인 C는 “F 정당 E 선거구 국회의원 예비후보, 특권정치! 구태정치! 꼭! 바꾸겠습니다.
It distributed 40 boxes for election publicity, in which a new sign I "A" is written, to the performers who passed from the 40th place.
2. From January 4, 2016 to around 20:02 of the same day, the Defendants complained of the Defendant A with the same method as indicated in paragraph (1) at the place indicated in paragraph (1) from around January 19, 2016 to around 20:02 of the same day, where Defendant A weared a sign for promotion of election campaign, and applied for support to the players passing through the said place, and Defendant B and Defendant C distributed 30 straws for promotion of election campaign.
Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
