Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At the seventh simultaneous local elections held on June 13, 2018, the Defendant registered as a preliminary candidate for a constituency for a City Council member D under the jurisdiction of a political party B around March 2, 2018, and has registered as a candidate for a constituency for a City Council member D.
