A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes of changing face value;
A. A. Around March 12, 2012, the Defendant stated the term “E” on July 5, 2012, the date of payment, issued by F, operating “E” at a D farm run by the Defendant, which was run by the Defendant in Hamyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant added to the promissory note (G), the face value of which was sold at a face value, to the color-shaped pen.

2. Crimes of altering the payment date;
A. A. On July 4, 2012, the Defendant issued a revised and delivered the face value column of the Promissory Notes (G) with the face value of F, “E,” on July 5, 2012, and on March 5, 2012, the date of issuance of the said Promissory Notes, which is run by the Defendant in Hamp-gun, Hamp-gun, the Defendant, at the time of the payment of the said Promissory Notes, as Paragraph 1, and then recovered, the Defendant changed the portion of “7” from the date of payment of the said Promissory Notes to “9”.
