Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On June 13, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on August 8, 200; imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny; imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months at the Seoul Central District Court on December 2001; imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny; and imprisonment with prison labor for 3 years at the same court on May 24, 2006; imprisonment with prison labor for 4 years at the Seoul Western District Court on October 30, 2009; and completed execution of the sentence on August 16, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

On January 16, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant invaded another’s residence by a pipe pipe to steal money and valuables, and scam the object of the money and valuables. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant cut off a pipe machine with which the victim was preparing for the gaps in which surveillance was neglected due to his house’s failure in front of the victim D’s residence in Songpa-gu Multi-household 103, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government multi-household 103, and then cut off a pipe machine with the pipe machine, which was in possession of the victim in advance, and then destroyed and damaged the door, and intruded the 400,000 won of the market price of the victim’s ownership which was kept in the scam, etc., and then cut off.

In addition, from November 18, 2014 to January 26, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen, or attempted to steals, the victims’ property at a total of KRW 3,700,000,00 from November 18, 201 to January 26, 2015, as stated in attached Table 3 to 7, a total of eight times.
