Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Criminal facts

1. Fraud;

A. On June 11, 2013, the Defendant called the victim D, the owner of the “C company” located in Mapo-gu Seoul, to purchase the Homeb shopping programming team at the supply price. The Defendant sent 2 of Angles (the model name: 932; the market price equivalent to 148,000 won) to the CJ-si, Namyang-si, 104 Dong 701, and the addressee sent f and contact information. On the part of sending her home, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D, who is the owner of the “C company” located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and the recipient sent 104 Dong 701, and the addressee sent f contact. If sending her home, the invoice number is changed.”

However, even if the defendant receives the above writing from the victim D, he did not have an intention or ability to pay the price.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim D, such as notifying the Defendant of false delivery place, the addressee, and contact numbers, and by making inquiries into the transmission number using two of the above ogles sent by the said victim, and sent them to the Defendant, and received them in the way of receiving the goods at the front and middle of H Apartment 102, Namyang-si around June 12, 2013.

B. On June 18, 2013, the Defendant called the Victim L, a staff member of the K company located in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, from the public telephone near the Defendant’s residence located in the Gu Government City, to purchase 14 K K 1 (350,000 won at the market price) of Jongno-gu office. The Defendant sent the CR as the CJ-si E apartment 104 Dong 701, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and the addressee sent the M and the contact number N. If sending the son, the invoice number is added.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he is subject to the above list from L.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim L by informing the victim of false delivery place, the addressee, and contact address, and received the above balth of the victim sent by the said victim around June 26, 2013 in the same manner as the stated in the preceding paragraph at H apartment 102 front-dong, Namyang-si around June 26, 2013.

2. The Defendant who attempted fraud, around June 24, 2013, was set forth in Article 1-A.
