The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The judgment of the court below that found the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case in the absence of a mistake of fact that the Defendant instigated H with a perjury on April 2013, and H had been present at the court on May 30, 2013 as a witness in the Daegu District Court Residential Support No. 1, which was located in the Daegu District Court, and there was an error of law by misunderstanding the facts

B. The sentence imposed by the lower court (two years of suspended sentence for six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. The lower court rejected the Defendant’s assertion in detail on the assertion of mistake of facts, on the ground that the Defendant alleged the same as the grounds for appeal, and on the ground that “the judgment on the Defendant and the defense counsel’s assertion” was stated in detail.
