A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On September 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on September 26, 2013, 2013, at the “E” entertainment drinking club operated by the victim D (Woo, 50 years old); (b) on the ground that the victim refused to do so, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as “hing fora, a person who lived in a prison for 10 years, and a person who lived in a prison for 10 years, she was shot.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim D’s operation of entertainment tavern by force as above.

2. At around 23:20 on December 10, 2013, the Defendant, at the “h” entertainment tavern in the operation of the victim G (n, 66 years of age) located in the Gangwon Man-gun, the Defendant: (a) provided alcohol to the victim’s wife, I et al.; (b) on the ground that the said I did not provide the Defendant with alcohol, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as “a pair of years, dead and discarded,” on the ground that he did not provide the Defendant with alcohol.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim G’s entertainment tavern operation by force as above.

3. At around 22:00 on December 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim G to drink on credit; (b) on the ground that the victim refused it; (c) there was a lack of disturbance for about 40 minutes on the ground that the Defendant refused it.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim G’s entertainment tavern operation by force as above.

4. On December 16, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant asked the victim to drink in the “L” restaurant operated by the victim K (n, 47 years of age) in Gangwon-gun, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 50 minutes, such as smoking in the restaurant, on the ground that the victim refused to provide alcohol.
