A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in Seoul Western District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and on June 1, 2018, on November 13, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment for the crime of occupational embezzlement, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Prison on November 13, 2018.

1. Interference with business;

A. On April 7, 2019, from around 19:45 to 20:05 on April 7, 2019, the Defendant demanded 10,000 won from the “E” entertainment drinking club operated by the victims in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and demanded the victims not to do so, and obstructed the victims’ entertainment drinking business by avoiding disturbance between about 20 minutes by force. (2) From around 23:10 on April 7, 2019 to 23:40 on the same day, the Defendant demanded the victims to return 50,000 won, which is part of the drinking value before being drunk from the victims of the said “E” entertainment drinking house to the victims, and the victims did not have any influence on the victims, such as dump, and dump, e., e., e., e., f., e., pump., e., the victims.

3) From around 23:00 on April 11, 2019 to 23:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victims under the influence of alcohol from the said “E” entertainment tavern to 10,00 won; and (b) refused the victims to pay money at around 20:00 on the same day; (c) made a bath theory, such as the “Chun amb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb, etc.; and (d) obstructed the victims’ business of entertainment tavern by force by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes; and (d) from around 01:0 on April 12, 2019 to 01:15 on the same day, the Defendant demanded the victims to request money from the victims; and (d) the victims do not desire the victims and customers; and (e) the victims have expressed their desire to do so.
