A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated D Co., Ltd. in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 201 from February 2, 2011 to December 2011.

When the Defendant is designated as a social enterprise from Seoul Special Metropolitan City, he/she was aware of the fact that he/she could receive labor costs for part-time workers for a maximum of two years and the amount equivalent to the amount of the social insurance premium to be borne by the business owner, and submitted an application for designation of a Seoul-type social enterprise in the name of the above company to the Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-type social enterprise, and entered into an agreement with the Songpa-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-type social enterprise support organization with the damaged company. After which the above company was selected as a Seoul-type social enterprise, he/she did not have worked in the company

On March 31, 2011, the Defendant submitted to the public official in charge of the name in charge of the above office a written application for subsidies for labor cost on March 201, 201, indicating that E had worked at the above company from March 7, 2011 to March 31, 201, and the false attendance record indicating that E had worked at the above company, and the details of the account transaction in the above company’s name, which is indicated as remittance to the above E, at the office of the Song-gu office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games, 326.

However, the above worker did not actually worked in the above company as a social company.

The Defendant was transferred KRW 790,320 to the National Bank Account (F) account in the name of the said company as a subsidy for personnel expenses for E around April 10, 201, as well as KRW 980,000 as a subsidy for personnel expenses for April 10, 201, KRW 980,000 as a subsidy for personnel expenses for May 10, 201; KRW 980,000 as a subsidy for personnel expenses for June 10, 201; KRW 906,040 as a subsidy for personnel expenses for June 10, 201; and KRW 906,040 as a subsidy for personnel expenses for July 10, 201; and KRW 906,040 as a subsidy for personnel expenses for August 9, 201 for personnel expenses for August 10, 201; and around September 10, 2011.
