A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:00 on January 28, 2019, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant illegally used air defense services (hereinafter referred to as “C”) brought to F in Kimhae-si by removing a temporary operation permit number plate (laver market issuance and permit number D) of mati cargo vehicles parked at the “C” factory operated by the Defendant at Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si (hereinafter referred to as “C”), and then affixed the above serial number plate to the above scrapped truck in order to bring the scrapped truck into operation as the above factory.

Accordingly, the defendant used a temporary operation permit number plate unlawfully and used air illegally for the purpose of exercising it at the same time.

2. On January 28, 2019, around 13:00, the Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event: (a) from Kim Sea-si to Kim Sea-si’s “C” factory in the Defendant’s operation from Kim Sea-si to Kim Sea-si; and (b) from approximately 6km section, the above e-mail truck, which attached the temporary operation number plate as referred to in paragraph (1), was driving to C factory.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. No person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall dismantle a motor vehicle without permission, unless he/she falls under any ground prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, such as inspection, maintenance, tubes, scrapping, education, and research of the motor vehicle;

At around 11:00 on January 30, 2019, the Defendant, without the foregoing reasons, dismantled the “C” plant of the Defendant’s operation, which is located in Kimhae-si B, for the purpose of exporting the parts of the said cargo vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant dissatisfing an automobile without permission.
