Punishment of the crime

[2015 Godan187] On June 8, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the land site of Suwon District Court (Seoul District Court), one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Gancheon District Court (Seoul District Court), and six months of July 25, 2012, and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Gancheon District Court (Seoul District Court), and the execution of the sentence was completed in the Gancheon Prison on December 9, 2013.

From August 31, 2014 to September 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered electric wires installed in 161-L23, Chang-dong, 161, 105, at that location; (b) cut electric wires using cutting machines; and (c) laid down on the said telegraph; and (d) cut electric wires equivalent to KRW 600,50,000 from that time until January 9, 2015; (c) No. 1 to 33, 35 through 43, 46, 50, 500 won No. 457, 450, 56, 545, 56, 59 to 450,000 won; and (d) No. 45415,545,545,00 won; and (d) No. 5450,545,000 won; and

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. From August 31, 2014 to September 6, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2) through a total of 34 times from August 31, 2015, including driving of a D motor vehicle (in-house E) from the window-ro 161-hon 105-hon-ro 161-hon to the Changcheon-si from September 6, 2014 and driving the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.
