1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 20,000,000 and the same from November 21, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 5, 2014, the Defendants, as married couple, borrowed KRW 50 million at interest rate of 2% per month for the purpose of preparing for a shortage of apartment purchase funds from the Plaintiff.

(hereinafter referred to as “the primary loan of this case”) (Therefore, the defendants’ assertion denying the above interest agreement is not accepted). (b)

On October 8, 2014, Defendant C borrowed KRW 15 million at interest rate of 3% per month for the purpose of purchasing for private use from the Plaintiff.

(hereinafter referred to as “the second loan of this case”) (Therefore, the defendants’ assertion denying the above interest agreement is not accepted).

The Defendants paid the Plaintiff the money as indicated in the following table with respect to the first loan of this case.

An amount of 100,000 won on October 10, 2014, KRW 100,000,000 on November 10, 2015, KRW 100,000 on November 10, 2014, KRW 100,000 on December 11, 2015, KRW 100,000 on December 10, 2013, KRW 100,000 on December 10, 13, 2014; KRW 1.5 million on November 15, 2016; KRW 1.6 million on March 10, 2015; KRW 1.6 million on June 16, 16, 200, KRW 1000,000 on December 16, 14, 2015; and

D. As to the second loan of this case, Defendant C paid to the Plaintiff money as indicated in the following table:

In the case of money corresponding to a period from July 2015 to November 2015, 2015, it shall be determined as of the last deposit date claimed by the Defendants.
