A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2015, Defendant A connected to “D”, etc. using a computer located at the Gunsan-si building C, Si, 301, and received 1290,000 won from the Internet gambling site to the account designated by the said site, and used the game money to charge for the game money, and then distributed it to a single place between a hole and even one, the Defendant used the said game money, and carried out gambling in the same manner by receiving the total amount of KRW 41,290,000 from that time until March 9, 2015.

2. Defendant B

A. B.
