A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2017, the Defendant subscribed to “C”, which is an Internet gambling site, at the Defendant’s residence in Jeju Island B, using mobile phones, etc., and transferred KRW 1,000,000 to the national bank account in the name of D, which is the charging account of the above site, and charged the same amount. The Defendant, at the above site, returned KRW 2.8 times the game money in which flive games (the flive game was called as “flive game (the game in which flive game was operated) if 1,00,000 won was returned to 2.8 times the game money in which flive game was displayed, and if not, from that time, the Defendant flived the game money in which flive game money was displayed, from April 25, 2017 to April 20, 2000.
