Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defamation;

A. On February 18, 2014, around 21:20, the Defendant discovered D (59 years of age) a complainant, who is located in the bus collection place near the bus stop No. 134, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan. The Defendant undermined the honor of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts by pointing out, “A female E and several people who have been engaged in garbage collection at the time are still in a bad relationship with the Defendant’s living together, even though the complainant is not in a bad relationship with the Defendant.”

B. At around 18:00 on March 15, 2014, the Defendant, on the Defendant’s house located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, did not have a fact that the Defendant was living south of the Defendant and the Defendant living together together on the day prior to that day, and did not interfere with the order of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts by referring the complainant to G in the house. The Defendant: (a) stated that, at the house, the Defendant was able to leave the house at the seat of the same year; (b) stated that “I am the same, I am a low string, I am a string, I am a director, and continue to be bullying until the directors come.” (c) Then, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts.

2. Around 09:00 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant made a public insult of the complainant by openly obscing the complainant at the front of his house located in the Busan Western F, by making the complainant’s obscing to the large interest of “sciring, opening, and drinking strawing” in a situation in which H and neighbors can hear at the neighbor’s neighbor’s house.
