Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2016, Defendant A cut off 4,000 won of the market price of the victim D(44 years of age) within Yeonsu-gu Incheon on August 21, 2016 and 8,000 won of the market price.

In addition, around 14:30 on August 23, 2016, the cleanliness equivalent to the market price of 1,200 won in the above places were cut off by 1,200 won in total, 2,200 won in total, 1,200 won in the market and 2,200 won in total.

On August 22, 2016, at around 20:50, the Defendant cut off two parts of the F market located in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, 14 G stores, using the gap where the surveillance of the victim H (45 taxes, women) was neglected, including the original female gate A and the cloud of the market value of KRW 129,000, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000, and the cloud of the market value of KRW 30,000.
