1. The Defendant’s KRW 14,30,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from November 19, 2014 to July 21, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 20, 2014, the Plaintiff engaged in a construction project from the Defendant: (a) around KRW 58,800,000 for the construction cost; (b) KRW 31,30,00 for the construction cost of hot water supply pipes among the B General Welfare Centers; and (c) around April 2014, the Plaintiff received a contract for “C Rehabilitation Center Steering Corporation” for the construction cost of KRW 17,700,00 for each of the said “B General Welfare Center Remodeling Corporation” (the Defendant asserted that the construction cost of the said “B General Welfare Center Remodeling” was KRW 19,00,000 for each of the said “B General Welfare Center Remodelling Construction Corporation”; (d) according to each of the written evidence evidence Nos. 2 and 4 (including each number); and (e) the construction cost of each of the above “B General Welfare Center” was within the scope of the amount claimed by the Plaintiff; and (e) each of the “construction cost of each of the above “the amount claimed by the Plaintiff.”
B. The Defendant paid the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 3 million on January 23, 2014, KRW 1 million on February 5, 2014, KRW 4 million on February 12, 2014, KRW 5 million on February 19, 2014, KRW 5 million on February 24, 2014, KRW 5 million on February 24, 2014, KRW 5 million on March 19, 2014, KRW 5 million on April 5, 2014, KRW 3 million on May 3, 2014, KRW 14 million on May 14, 2014, KRW 6 million on May 3, 2014, KRW 6 million on May 3, 2014, KRW 6 million on May 3, 2014, and KRW 6 million on May 361, 2006.

The Plaintiff’s assertion that the construction cost of each of the above respective construction works is KRW 108,700,000 (i.e., “B comprehensive welfare center remodeling construction works” in KRW 58,000,000,000,000,000 for “B comprehensive welfare center remodeling construction works” (i.e., “C Rehabilitation Center digging-out pipeline construction works” in KRW 17,770,000,000). Of these, the Defendant was paid KRW 61,00,000 from the Defendant, and the Defendant was paid KRW 26,770,000,000,000,000 against the Defendant (i.e., KRW 108,700,000).
