Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution as a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (organization and activities of organizations, etc.) at the Cheongju District Court on January 13, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 21, 2017.

On March 2016, the Defendant, as a member of the local reserve forces, failed to report the relocation of the place of residence on September 27, 2016, by failing to report the relocation of the place of residence, even though he/she moved his/her place of residence to D, 203, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, Cheongju, to be registered ex officio as a member
