Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, a corporation entrusted the industrial accident compensation insurance business with the Minister of Employment and Labor pursuant to the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act”), concluded an industrial accident compensation insurance contract with ELK Industry Development (hereinafter “ELK Industry Development”) and the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act.
B. On November 2, 201, 201, B, an employee of the ELK Industry Development, suffered injury, such as pressure pressure by cutting the trees used by the Defendant on the ground of the “D New Construction Project” site located in D New Construction Project, which was executed by the ELK Industry Development on November 2, 201, with the Defendant and E.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A.
