Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date the judgment of this case became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2019, Defendant A: (a) around 00:40 on May 14, 2019, Defendant F (26) dispatched to the site after having received a report that customers did not pay the drinking value within the “Dju shop” located in Chuncheon City; (b) Defendant F (26) paid the drinking value to Defendant and returned home; (c) Defendant Yancheon Police Station E District Unit of the Chuncheon Police Station: “I must do so; (d) he must do so; and (e) he was tightly, “I will do so”; and (e) the said F was tightly carried by a police officer; and (e) the said F was tightly “I will do so and do so,” and assaulted the Defendant, such as having her breast by drinking her hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning on-site measures under the 112 Report by police officers.

2. At around 00:45 on May 14, 2019, Defendant B: (a) expressed that, as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant was arrested by the police officer of A, one’s own daily act, as in the foregoing “Dju”, and (b) expressed that, “I see whether the four police officers are threatening with them, I see the Mazen’s Mazen’s Mazen’s Mazen’s Mazen’s Mazen.” (51 years old) who was dispatched to the scene, the circumstances leading up to the Chuncheon Police Station E zone of the Chuncheon Police Station (51 years old) said that the Defendant “I me will not take a bath” to the Defendant; and (c) assaulted the chest by hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning on-site measures under the 112 Report by police officers.
