A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a CF rocketing car.

On August 29, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.083% during the blood transfusions, continued to run a 918 local road in Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do at the speed of about 40km from nutrition to the territorial sea.

Since there is a road where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is obliged to thoroughly operate the motor vehicle at the front and to safely operate the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so and received the full part of the Defendant’s vehicle driving on the part of the victim D(38 S) driving, which took place at the center of the central line due to negligence.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, each of the victim H(the age 46) who was on the part of the victim F (the age 43) who was on the part of the injured vehicle, the Defendant suffered from the injury, such as 12 weeks of catal catum, tensions, tensions, etc., which require approximately three weeks of treatment, and catum catum and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of treatment to the same victim G (the age 36), and the victim H(the age 46) who was on the part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle for approximately 12 weeks of treatment.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven the said EF rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.083% alcohol concentration from the 20km section from the front to the place indicated in paragraph 1, regardless of the narrow breadth in the two parallels of the Dansan Nutrition-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Non-do, Non-do at the time specified in paragraph 1.
