Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of a fishing vessel B (7.93 tons) of the coast view at the coast of Boak-si.

1. The administrative agency in charge of the violation of the Acts on fisheries may order fishery business operators to install the indications of fishing grounds, fishing vessels, and fish Gus, and no one shall move, destroy, alter, or conceal the signs installed on fishing vessels;

3. No one who violates the Fishery Resources Management Act shall load fishing gear, other than the fishing gear licensed, permitted, approved or reported under the Act on Fisheries, and fishing gear, the use of which is prohibited under the Fishery Resources Management Act;

Nevertheless, the Defendant loaded the “legal net” framework for the compulsory appearance, which was carried out by using miscellaneous dogs without obtaining permission from the above B, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
