The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On August 10, 2015, the Defendant: around 06:10 on August 10, 2015, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 402, and the Defendant’s internal female issues, the Defendant committed assault against the Defendant by having the Victim C (here, 50 years of age), who was dissatisfied with the Defendant’s internal female issues, “at home,” “I am at home,” “I am at home, I am at home, I am at home, and, by hand, I am at home

2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act. This is an offense against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim revoked his/her complaint against the Defendant on August 31, 2015, and thus, the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
