The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in this case is as follows: “The defendant is a crime that falls under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be discussed against the victim’s express intent in accordance with Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act, since he/she appeared as a witness in this court on August 16, 2019 and withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
