A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 15,000,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants were public officials belonging to E, who were in charge of farming livestock and fruitation, and Defendant B was the head of the same division who was in charge of overall management and supervision of farming livestock and overall work.

around August 25, 2011, the Defendants: (a) formulated and reported the “environment-friendliness production model program” project plan as part of the “building for regional active wood production” as part of the “building for regional active wood production” at F’s office in G-Gun; (b) provided public relations to local farmers through Eup/Myeon office in G-Gun; and (c) provided H voluntarily designated G as the target farmer without undergoing the public recruitment process at the request of the desired farmer; (d) on March 14, 2012, the Defendants were notified that G-Gun’s “environment production model project for eco-friendly fish production” of KRW 100 million, including KRW 50,000,000,000,000, and each Eup/Myeon office in G-Gun applied for the above “environment-friendly production model project” (hereinafter referred to as the “environment-friendly production model project”).

At the E office located in Gyeongnam around June 22, 2012, Defendant A, with the draft of the instant public notice, knew that Defendant A applied for the approval by stating that “4. eco-friendly functional functionality production demonstration” was “one business quantity” and “H located in the farmJ of the farm that became final and conclusive after the application for the public offering of Do non-business in 2012,” and Defendant B did not engage in the process of receiving the application by the desired farmer after publicizing the instant public notice to the local farm in the process of implementing the “environment-friendly functionality production demonstration program.”
