As to the provisional crime of No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, the crime of No. 1 in the judgment of the court and No. 2 in the judgment of the court.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the Changwon District Court’s territorial branch branch on May 29, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 29, 2012, and paroled on October 26, 2012 during the execution of the sentence and passed on November 24, 2012.

1. Occupational embezzlement;

A. From January 9, 2011 to October 20, 201, the Defendant was an employee of the Victim C’s C’s frequency of operation from the end of 2009 to the early police officer from early 2012, and has been engaged in the business of accepting visitors and collecting money from the said frequency.

On January 9, 2011, the Defendant received KRW 90,00 from his name-free customers as food costs, and kept them on behalf of the victim, entered as if he received KRW 80,000,00 in the listing book, and arbitrarily brought about KRW 10,00,000, and then consumed them as living expenses, etc. from the members of the Tong Young-si.

From around that time to October 20, 201, the Defendant embezzled total of KRW 6,491,00 on 43 occasions, as shown in attached Table 1 to 43, as in the list of crimes.

B. From January 19, 2013 to April 19, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime, from the end of 2012 to the end of May 30, 2013, is an employee of the frequency of victim C’s operation from the end of 2012 to the end of May 30, 2013, and has been engaged in entertainment and collection of the said frequency.

On January 19, 2013, the Defendant received 518,000 won from customers under his name in the above D frequency, and kept in business for the victim, the Defendant entered 500,000 won in the listing book as if he received 500,000 won, and arbitrarily brought 18,000 won in the daily living expenses, etc. around that time.

From around that time to April 19, 2013, the Defendant embezzled total of KRW 83,00 on three occasions as indicated in the attached Table 44 to 46 of the daily list of crimes.

2. The Defendant causing the damage of documents is within the victim F’s G “g bargaining” car parked in front of the studio E at the time of Tong-young around December 23, 2012, and the Defendant was in the previous room.
