If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2013, at around 21:40, the Defendant driven B ice truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters from the front road of the Korean power station located in the Seopo-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Gangwon-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the natural gas power plant located in the same Eup/Myeon, to the front road of the natural gas power plant located in the same Eup/Myeon.
