A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 30, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court on April 30, 2007, and a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine at the Chuncheon District Court on April 6, 201.

On November 25, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.185% at a 300-meter section from the road front of the cash withdrawal machine of the national bank located in the 33th channel in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Gangwon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the adjacent road located in 40-8 at the center of the same Eup/Myeon.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving B rocketing and other automobiles.

The Defendant driven the rocketing car above the time limit set forth in paragraph (1) and led to the driving of a multi-way road, which is located in 40-8 at the center of the Young-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Gangwon-do, to the front direction of the Young-gu Elementary School.
