A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2019Gohap52] The Defendant, a person without a certain occupation, returned to the park and play place in Bupyeong-si, and had a view to gaining access to many elementary school students playing therein to commit indecent acts.

1. Crimes against the victim B (nive, 11 years old);
