Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2009, the defendant associates with F, who is the parent of the victim D (n, 12 years of age) and victim E (n, 10 years of age).
