Basic Facts

In order to promote a reconstruction project, the owners of D apartment units outside Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 16th ground D apartment units who entered into a service contract for the establishment of the promotion committee and the establishment of the promotion committee shall organize the "D apartment housing reconstruction and improvement project promotion committee" (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion committee of this case"), and approved the establishment by the head of Yeongdeungpo-gu on February 24, 2004.

On May 12, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the instant promotion committee and the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing Reconstruction Project (hereinafter “instant rearrangement project”) to act on behalf of the administrative services necessary for the implementation of the reconstruction project (hereinafter “instant rearrangement project”) and to receive service costs from the instant promotion committee members’ meeting (hereinafter “instant contract”). Article 4 (Scope of Services) The plaintiff shall faithfully perform the following duties:
