When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 23, 2015, around 09:10 on July 23, 2015, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim D (the aged aged 56) with three persons, including the elderly president C, from the street in front of the bus stops, Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, 502 bus stops with three persons, including the elderly president C, etc.

2. On July 23, 2015, at around 09:15, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim with three (3) apartment residents E, etc. in front of the above B Apartment 505-dong, the Defendant expressed that “the victim is not a false horse, but a false flusium.”
