Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 10:30 on September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim D (the age of 75) to explain how to consume as a supporting product for the elderly, while the senior citizens’ meeting was in progress by the senior citizens’ meeting at the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the senior citizens’ meeting; (b) the Defendant said the victim as a large sound, “When 40 people attend the meeting have been heard, why is why the year between the directors has been why, left with the other's dong-dong-dong, and that this year has passed since she reached the meeting.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
