Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) stolen each type of paper C and container; (b) sold them on solid property; and (c) conspired to divide the scrap metal.

Around March 16, 2012, the Defendant and C stolen 5 containers equivalent to KRW 19,000,000 on the market price owned by the victim corporation, Southyang Shipping, etc., which had been located there, from the red bamboo industry yard in Yangju-si Hong-si, Yangju-si.

The Defendant, together with the above C, stolen each of the property worthing to KRW 114,00,000,000, in total, on six occasions as shown in attached Table 1, from that time to May 11, 2012, respectively, in combination with the above method.

2. Around January 22, 2013, the Defendant stolen four containers of KRW 15,200,000 on the market price owned by the victim, Southyang Shipping Co., Ltd. in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim, Southyang Shipping Co., Ltd. in that place, and stolen them.

The Defendant, as described in the attached Table 2, stolen property worth KRW 91,200,00 in total, five times during the period from that time to March 5, 2013, respectively, as shown in the attached Table 2.

[2014 Highest 57] On November 27, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E, stating that “Around 22:00 of the same day, the Defendant shall set aside a points of KRW 9 million on the Gonland Casino Casino Point Card, which is located in 424 in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seowonwon-gun, and the Defendant would sell it to the victim for KRW 2.5 million, and then open the Konline Card, which is located in 250,000,000,000,000 won.”

However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell 9 million points to the victim by setting up only 670,000 points on his compact point card.

The defendant deceivings the victim as such, and cash from the victim on his job.
