Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2017, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck with alcohol content of about 0.152% while under the influence of alcohol from approximately 500 meters to the flow distance in the same Ri from the front of the public playground in the area of the 500-meter away from the northwest-gu, Haguan-gun, Hahnan-gun, Hahnam-do.
