A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

In order to seek jobs at the end of October 2014, the Defendant received a proposal from the head of the office on November 2014, 2014, stating that “If the Defendant sent an identification card using a photo sent at that time, 150,000 won per case would be paid on the phone number stated in the above bulletin.” On the day of KRW 15-3,000,000, the Defendant received a request from the head of the office of title “the head of the office (hereinafter referred to as “the head of the office”) to send a verification photograph,” and then sent it. On November 26, 2014, the Defendant continued to receive the resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Songpa-gu Seoul issued by the head of the Seoul Songpa-gu Office, who attached and forged the Defendant’s photograph sent from the Kwikset service article sent by the head of the above office to the front of the Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-dong 479 on November 26, 2014.

Next, the Defendant voluntarily stated “D”, “E”, “E”, and “D” in the applicant column as the name column for each “B”, “F apartment 10-202,” and “F apartment 10-202,” in the applicant column for the purpose of exercising without authority at the new spaw-dong 163-5, Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul. On the same day, the Defendant submitted to G employees in charge of the said new spaw-dong branch as if the registration certificate was duly completed along with the resident registration certificate under the name of the head of the Seoul Songpa-gu Office issued by the head of the Seoul Songpa-gu Office.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above office chief, forged the D resident registration certificate issued by the head of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, which is a public document, for the purpose of exercising his/her authority, and exercised it, and forged the application for new transaction in the name of D and the application for new electronic financing.
